UPDATE: Gov. Ralph Northam announced that most of Virginia would begin its first phase of reopening starting May 15th, 2020, when salons could open by appointment and restaurants and bars could allow outdoor dining in most counties. The reopening at first excluded northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C., but all counties were allowed to reopen May 28th, 2020.
All WalMart locations, including 24 hour stores are back to normal hours. Call your local Virginia WalMart location to find out if masks are required or suggested.
